We purchased the vacuum electron beam welding equipment is a high-voltage(90KV) electron beam welding equipment, the maximum welding penetration depthcan reach 60mm, the welding vacuum chamber size is 3500mm×2000mm×2800mm(length*width*height), and the maximum welding diameter is∮1500mm ring structure. Equipped with a tiltable rotating 4-stationworktable with a maximum load of 1.5 tons, four-axis and four-linkage(including rotating shafts) to achieve product welding of spatial surfaces.
NADCAP has certificated Ander Technologies with the special processes of argon arc welding, brazing and heat treatment.
The certification is expanding our welding capabilities of high precision for aviation products.
